The leading fitness apps, Endomondo is going to stop their operations from December 31, 2020. The company has declared that the fitness app will be no longer operating by the end of this year. The decision comes after Under Armour, which owns Endonmodo has decided to remove it from the App Stores.

“Endomondo will be retired and rendered inoperative from December 31, 2020. Under Armour will eliminate Endomondo from all app stores and will no longer give bug fixes or customer support for any version of the Endomondo app that prevails on your device. If you have been tracking workouts and exercises in Endomondo, UA MapMyRun gives a comparable tracking experience,” the support page of Endonmodo stated.

trackNo one will be able to access the app from December 31, and the app will go off Google Play Store, and Apple App Store and will be rendered inoperative. According to the reports, the premium membership will be withdrawn at the end of 2020. However, the users can avail of the benefits till December 31.

“On November 30, 2020, all Premium memberships will be canceled, and no further charges for Endomondo Premium will occur. You will retain your Premium benefits, however, until the app’s official retirement date of December 31, 2020. Users who already paid for Premium through December 2020 or beyond will receive a prorated refund, managed by the platform with which you subscribed,” the company said.
