Expanding into Kids nutrition segment India’s leading clean and plant based nutrition brand OZiva has raised $12 million in a Series B funding which was led by Eight Roads ventures. OZiva’s existing investors Matrix Partners India and F-Prime Capital have also joined the round.

According to Economic Times reports, the raised fund from this round will be used to expanding the company’s team of 110 employees, adding more products in the vitamins and minerals category and venturing into the kids nutrition segment.

The English news paper also informs, that the nutrition brand OZiva will also invest in manufacturing plant in Himachal Pradesh. Founded by Aarti Gill and Mihir Gadani in 2016, OZiva offers different products across categories like hair, skin, fitness, women’s health, men’s health and general wellness.

The clean and plant based nutrition brand also offers personalized fitness and diet consultations, fitness, and nutritional content. According to company reports, OZiva has quardrupled its revenue in 2020 and has already surpassed Rs 100 crore so far in 2021. In India, OZiva has an acute competition with other wellness nutrition brands like GNC, Amway and Indian Pharma’s unbranded health supplements.
