Life is totally unpredictable. We never know where we are heading. Who would have thought a Colonel’s daughter from Bihar will ever become the winner of India’s Next Top Model 2016. Pranati Rai Prakash, whose countless achievements has made her an inspiration among many girls across the country. She was seen playing the lead role in “Mannphodganj ki Binny” apart from also playing a cameo in Bollywood Blockbuster “Love Aaj Kal 2”. Pranati can also be seen in the web series “Poison” and Bollywood flick “Family of Thakurganj”, which happened to be her debut. This beautiful diva is a fitness enthusiast and also keeps a balance between her profession and health. Pranati is pretty active on social media about her fitness and lifestyle routine. While having a conversation on her fitness with Paayel from Sportz Business Insights, The INTM 2016 fame revealed about her fitness and health routines.
Q: Your journey from INTM winner to silver screen?
I just do things I love, working hard on my goals and life keeps shaping up. Winning the title of India’s Next Top Model is something I’ll keep all my life and continue to pursue my passion for modeling and acting and performing arts in general. Acting, of course, requires a skill set, part of which I feel comes naturally and rest, I keep working on the craft.
Q: What is your daily routine, diet, and workout?
I live a very healthy lifestyle, it encompasses a balanced diet, the Indian thali and fruit, and vegetable smoothies. I believe in holistic fitness which includes meditation, yoga, pranayam, and core workouts.
Q: Being a model- no gym- how do you cope up with your fitness in pandemic times?
Like I said above. None of it requires any gym equipment. I rather feel that there’s so much more time to take care of fitness than we usually have.
Q: What is your favorite workout and equipment you keep nearby? Tell us about your cheat diet?
My favorite workout is yoga and equipment would be a yoga mat. I love cheese burst pizzas, fruit creams, cold coffee, and creamy, cheesy and tangy crisp snacks!
Q: Being a prominent influencer, What’s your message to the youth to keep themselves motivated and fit?
The most important factor to achieve fitness is the motivation and passion for fitness. You have to feel the drive internally and aim at long term transformations and stay disciplined when it comes to consistent workouts and diet. It’s very important to love your body.
Q: How do you keep a balance between mental and physical health amidst your tight working schedule?
Meditation is the key!
Q:Your biggest achievement till date? Upcoming goals and where do you see yourself in the next few years?
Bagging the role of Binny in my series ‘Mannphodganj Ki Binny’ as the female protagonist and central character brought much responsibility and hard work, so being able to fulfill that and receive appreciation for the same is gratifying, and my recent achievement. Upcoming goal and where I see myself in few years combined is to be a front runner in my profession.
