Taboota workouts are generated by a diverse group of instructors who offers six classes in  Barre, Cardio, Core, Pilates, Strength and Yoga workouts.   • First instructors complete a Taboota profile and post-workout videos. Then users create an account to access videos and complete their workouts. One can navigate the library through filtering or search by voice command by saying, a 10-minute Core class or 30-minute Strength circuit.
  • A rating system is available after every workout. This rating system helps users to find the best workouts.
  • You can even create or join a challenge to add some friendly competition and motivation to their workout plan.
