In One-Day Internationals (ODIs), he has scored 9,825 runs in 243 matches at an average of 48.63, with 30 centuries and 48 fifties in 236 innings, his best being an astonishing 264.

Additionally, in T20 Internationals (T20Is), Rohit has played 148 matches and scored 3,853 runs at an average of 31.32, with four centuries and 29 half-centuries, and a high score of 118. During the same Test against West Indies, he also achieved the milestone of scoring 2,000 runs as an opener in Test cricket. As for the match itself, India’s prospects were boosted by a century partnership between Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja, bringing them back into the game. By the end of the first day, India had reached a score of 288/4, with Virat Kohli on 87* and Ravindra Jadeja on 36*.
