The largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operator of fitness centres, Planet Fitness, has announced a further expansion in Palm Beach County. In mid-August, Planet Fitness Delray Beach East is scheduled to open at 3065 S. Federal Highway, Delray Beach, FL 33483.
As an introductory special available until the club opens, members can join with no commitment for 25 cents down, then $10/month with the Classic membership or $22.99/month for the Planet Fitness Black Card membership. All the registration processes will be held online.
However, the Black Card membership of Planet Fitness includes the ability to bring a guest every day at no additional charge, and it is accessible to all 2,000+ Planet Fitness locations in all 50 states, and also allows access to massage beds, chairs and tanning, among other benefits which vary by location and pending local restrictions.
According to the website Victor Brick, co-owner of PF Growth Partners (PFGP), a franchise division of Planet Fitness said, “Planet Fitness believes fitness is essential to our physical and mental health and we are thrilled to expand our Judgement Free fitness experience in Palm Beach County. The 15,306square-foot Delray Beach East club will offer state-of-the-art cardio machines and strength equipment, a 30-Minute Express Circuit, fully equipped locker rooms with day lockers and showers, numerous flat-screen televisions, Hydromassage beds, massage chairs, tanning beds and more, all of these in a hassle-free and non-intimidating environment.
The Delray Beach East club will be the 8th Planet Fitness club in Palm Beach County and the first of three clubs owned and operated by PFGP in the County. PFGP’s Florida portfolio currently includes seven clubs in Miami-Dade and Broward counties: Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Hillsboro, Margate, North Miami Beach, Pompano and Tamarac.
