FIT4MOM, a well-established women’s fitness franchise, is launching their first-ever FIT4MOM Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Certification course. This comprehensive course, developed by FIT4MOM with over 22 years of expertise, focuses on training the changing female mind and body during pregnancy and after childbirth. The course provides in-depth education on prenatal and postnatal fitness, breaking down the science behind it.

While the course will be available online later this summer, FIT4MOM is offering the opportunity for attendees of IDEA World to be the first to obtain their certification. The live training will take place on July 16th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PT, featuring founder Lisa Druxman and the FIT4MOM education team.
