Life Time, a leading healthy lifestyle brand, has expanded its Dynamic Personal Training portfolio by introducing “Dynamic Stretch” services at its athletic country clubs across North America. This new offering provides personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions delivered by highly certified Dynamic Personal Trainers. It aims to enhance members’ daily lives by promoting increased overall health and well-being.
Dynamic Stretch is now available as a standalone service for exercise enthusiasts who are not currently working with a trainer. Members can choose from 25- or 50-minute sessions that incorporate a combination of active and passive stretches, range of motion exercises, breathing techniques, and recovery tools. These sessions are designed to address specific problem areas and accelerate recovery. Stretch Specialists can customize sessions according to individual fitness levels and goals, ensuring that members maximize the health benefits.
“Stretching is often the missing ingredient in an optimal fitness and self-care program, and Dynamic Stretch is a game changer for increased mobility, prevention and recovery based on our Dynamic Personal Trainers’ knowledge, certifications and experience,” stated Danny King, Master Personal Trainer at Life Time. “Life Time leads the industry in hands-on coaching to help members achieve their goals and now, with Dynamic Stretch, we know we will help people in ways they didn’t know possible.”
Stretching offers several benefits for the body, including:
- Increased Muscular Performance: Enhanced range of motion leads to improved muscle development and efficiency.
- Increased Range of Motion: Stretching helps stabilize range of motion, reducing the risk of injuries.
- Improved Posture: Increased flexibility can positively impact posture and alleviate joint pain.
- Reducing Stress and Tension: Stretching helps alleviate muscle tension caused by stress.
To celebrate the launch of Dynamic Stretch, all Life Time clubs are offering complimentary 30-minute sessions from September 16th to September 18th. Members can also schedule an initial complimentary introductory session by speaking with a Dynamic Personal Trainer at the club. Non-members interested in experiencing Dynamic Stretch can purchase a One-Day Membership for access.
Dynamic Stretch is the latest addition to Life Time’s range of recovery and relaxation services, which include pools, whirlpools, cedarwood saunas, eucalyptus-scented steam rooms, Normatec recovery tools, hydro- and cryo-massage chairs, and Hypervolt portable percussion massagers. This expansion reflects Life Time’s commitment to offering comprehensive wellness solutions to its members.
