I do 35-40min cardio every day. And abs workout twice in a week.

My workout routine is as follows:

Day1: Quads & glutes

Day2: Shoulder

Day3: Chest and tricep

Day4: Hamstring and glutes

Day5: Back and biceps

Day6: Quads & glutes

1 day rest in a week

Q: What Shipra likes? More ethnic or Gymwear

I like both depends on the occasion. When I attend social gatherings, wedding functions, etc I used to wear ethnic clothes while in the gym or in fitness events I love to wear gym attire.

Yeah. it’s true.

Because people are totally depending on the gym whether they follow a diet or not. There are average people in our India who can’t live without their workout. So Now, gyms are closed and we people suffering a lot this time.
