FSSA Ms. Wellness India 2020, was a unique, one of its kind, a contest organized in a 100% virtual format from 16th – 18th July 2020 which set new standards of feminine wellness by testing several dimensions, apart from just mind and body.
The women were judged on several parameters such as their story/journey, their introductions, impressions and overall screen presence, flexibility, physical ability, mental health aptitude, Emotional and Adversity quotient, and a final Q & A round with the jury.
At the end of a grueling three-day event, the following women emerged victorious in the following categories:

All the participants received excellent merchandise and goodies by the organizers and gifting partners such as Annie Patel Arts, Aesthetic Bodies, Pure Nutrition, Sportzcraft, Nutraj, Cazootree, Global Spa, SSMD & Dr. Aditis Wellness.
The participants attended several masterclasses by industry experts such as Ms. Parineeta Sethi, Dr. Aditi Bhatnagar, Mr. Sushil Khaitan, Ms. Sayali Bhagat, Dr. Ankita Malhotra, Niti Luthra and Gurnit Singh Dua, CEO of Fitness and Sports Sciences Association (FSSA). These special sessions made this entire journey of the participants a learning experience which they would remember and cherish for life.
The finalists looked stunning, in black and golden dress code for the finale evening, where
Dr. Aditi Bhatnagar, the Celebrity wellness consultant, announced the titleholders in the Youth category
Mr. Sushil Khaitan, CEO Pure Nutrition, announced the titleholders in the Young Adult category
Ms, Sayali Bhagat, Former Miss India, and Bollywood actor, announced the titleholders in the Prime category
Ms Parineeta Sethi – the CEO, Global Spa, announced the titleholders in the Classic category
The contestants thanked Mr. Dua for giving them a never seen before the platform and an experience of a lifetime and memories that may never fade away.
Mr. Dua stated, “It is an overwhelming feeling to see a dream being executed, a dream which has now become larger than life”.
Several hundred girls are pinning their hope on this coveted title to come out of their shell(s) and prove it to themselves what they are made of.
The National Director, FSSA, said: “It is overwhelming to see the response! The enquiries have not stopped for 2021 and we are confident that Ms. Wellness will continue to grow beyond leaps and bounds.”
The mission of FSSA MS WELLNESS INDIA is to empower wellness, around the world, via the medium of education, awareness and collaborations to / with the professionals, general public and corporate about preventive health and wellness.
This 1st edition of the Ms. Wellness has been a huge success and the organizers have already announced the second edition in February 2021 this time, at an international level EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Asia) to reach out to more women from around the world.
