Encouraging her fans throughout the Covid-19 induced quarantine, Bollywood actor Malaika Arora has been stimulating fans into attempting one Yoga pose every week. The gorgeous was down with COVID-19 and had quarantined herself at home for quite a few weeks, that caused a temporary halt to her fitness motivation with fans on social media.
Starting with her weekly fitness challenge once again after jumping back from Covid-19, Malaika Arora was noticed brushing away our Monday blues as she nailed her “favourite” Yoga asana, Trikonasana or triangle pose. Giving fans a look of her exercise, Malaika posted a picture of herself on her Instagram profile, flaunting her fitness progress of the week, and we cannot anticipate trying the same.
Wearing a royal blue sports bra, coupled with similar coloured Yoga pants, Malaika drew back her sleek hair into a high braid so that it does not mess with her exercise. Before sharing the step-by-step method of reaching the flexible position, Malaika engaged with fans by her captioning, “Hello there! It feels marvellous to be beginning #malaikasmoveoftheweek again with you all, and I hope you all missed me!!! Today’s asana is one of my favorite asanas for enhancing overall posture and spine health- Trikonasana.”
The fitness freak suggested that this exercise is not for those experiencing from neck or back injuries, migraine or low/high blood pressure.
