Choreographer and filmmaker Remo D’Souza, who is recovering from a heart attack, is back at the gym. He took to Instagram to share a video of himself lifting weights, under the supervision of a medical professional.
Remo added the caption as ‘The comeback is always STRONGER than the setback’ just started today:) slowly but surely:))) @koki #cardiacrehab’. The post got 1.4 lakh likes, but Remo turned off the comments section.
After being discharged from the hospital, Remo posted a video on Instagram, thanking fans, and well-wishers for their prayers, and support. In the video, he was noticed carrying a bunch of balloons and smiling, as he gave a thumbs-up to the camera.
On the professional front, Remo directed Street Dancer 3D, starring Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, and Prabhudeva. The film was released in 2020 to mostly negative reviews and lost to set the cash registers sounding. His upcoming project is Stanley D’Costa’s Time to Dance, that will mark the Bollywood debut of Katrina Kaif’s sister, Isabelle. The film will be produced by him.
