Boutique gym RAISE Fitness & Wellness will inaugurate its first Dubai venue in Jumeirah Islands in April.
The wellness brand has joined the Sunset Hospitality Group portfolio with an order of the latest exercise machines and state-of-the-art equipment and tracking technology to be placed for members. The facility will have various training zones – The Studio, HIIT, X-Trim as well as locations for cardio and weights.
The Studio will be practiced daily for virtual classes such as Group Cycle or Reformer Pilates and ad hoc sports events for the community, while the HIIT zone will provide functional training classes, PT sessions, and be the space for those viewing to do floor exercises as part of their routine. The X-Trim area is established outdoors with a rig, a sled track, free weights equipment, and rowers for cross-training style workout.

RAISE The Bar will offer gym buffs quick bites, fresh juices, and power shakes for pre-and post-workout.
