Star Sports will live telecast the third grand slam of the year, the Wimbledon Championship in India.
As the majority of the TV network will be scheduled to air ICC cricket world cup 2019, also being played in England and Wales, the Wimbledon matches will be broadcast on the Star Sports Select Channels.
The Wimbledon Championship 2019 will start from July 1 to 14.
Meanwhile, the newly-crowned women’s world no. 1 singles 1 player Ashleigh Barty, the French one 2019 champion, and Rafael are faced with injury scare a week before the prestigious Grand Slam championship.
Ashleigh, who had pulled out of the Eastbourne International to take rest, is women’s top seed for the Wimbledon 2019.
