Sony Pictures Network India has released a promotional Video for the Upcoming Pro Wrestling League featuring the women wrestlers.
In the promotional video, Indian brigade of women’s wrestlers have been featured including Pooja Dhanda, Sakshi Malik, Vishesh Phoghat amongst other including Bajarang Punia tries to highlight the emergence of Women power in Indian wrestling
Notably, there is more number of Women wrestlers than those of men emerging from such a society which has been marred for their patriarchal status.
Haryana has been counted as an Indian state with highest foeticide rate; now Haryana has emerged as the powerhouse for women’s wrestling in the country.
The fourth season of the league is scheduled from January 14 to 31.
The league will be available live on Sony Six(eng)+HD, Sony-Ten3(Hindi)+HD, Sony Wah and for sporst enthusiasts on the go, the league can also be seen streaming live on Sony LIV App.
