Any Physical activity that makes kids move is good for them. Regular exercise of kids can help them in improving their cardiorespiratory fitness, building strong bones and muscles, controlling weight, and reducing the risk of developing health conditions such as heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, and osteoporosis. Now, being a parent of the kids, all you need to do is to plan time for your children to encourage them to do some exercise. It should be noted that your child won’t feel supported and boosted for physical activities and exercises if you don’t get yourself in as they do lack motivation if they find they are doing that on their own.
