With the returning news of UFC superstar Conor Mcgregor which is also meant to be a money minting athlete of the mixed martial art industry, the whole lot fans of UFC gone crazy. The tickets of the most awaited match between UFC champ Conor Mcgregor against Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 scheduled on October 6 sold out in just three minutes.
In what can be said McGregor charismatic effect, which is considered money minting sensational athlete in the history of UFC by bringing some good money to the organisation having combat with Jose Aldos , Nate diaz and recently concluded against Floyd Mayweather.
The 30 year old Irishman, McGregor aka ‘The Notorious’ was not active since his last boxing match against Floyd Mayweather last year in August. Owing to his absence for almost couple of years, and his erroneous attack on a bus carrying UFC 223 fighters, his light weight championship has been stripped off.
As per the reports, except a few expensive tickets available at present , all tickets ranging from $205 to $2,505 for McGregor’s fight with the Russian counterpart Khabib Nurmagomedov at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas were sold in just three minutes.
The fight becomes more important and a must-attend for the MMA and McGregor fans as the Irishman, according to MMA analyst Robin Black, will retire if he loses to Khabib Nurmagomedov. Black, a retired MMA fighter with a 4-5 record, has reportedly said, “as much as there is so much for each one to gain, there is also a lot for each one to lose. If McGregor loses, in my opinion, he will retire. If McGregor loses this fight, he will retire.”
