India’ largest fantasy sport platform, Dream11 became the India’s first gaming platform to integrate and adopt WhatsApp Business Solution. With the adoption, Dream11 users can now opt for getting notifications and instants alerts on WhatsApp.
Dream11 focuses to strengthen user experience and engagement by offering real-time updates and information having WhatsApp Business API. Starting with withdrawal updates, Dream 11 plans to use the WhatsApp Business API for user communication around product updates, customer queries and exclusive offers.
