Dubai is ready to conduct the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) which is going to be completely socially distanced, the city’s flagship fitness initiative. The fourth edition of the initiative that attempts to get tourists and residents to perform the 30 minutes of fitness activities for 30 days starting on October 30.
The event that continues till November 28 will highlight a combination of virtual and physical activities and events. “This year’s program will have in place the highest measures of safety precautions and social distancing standards,” organizers announced on Sunday.
Throughout the 30-day challenge, there will be various events, sports, health, and wellness programs, and virtual assemblies to execute a fitness campaign convenient and easy for all.
“DFC greets the entire city to obtain the urge to keep moving, explore their passion for fitness and begin on a truly holistic wellness journey, regardless of age, interest, ability, fitness level or location choice.”
Further details that include registration information and the full line-up of activities will be notified in the upcoming weeks. Participants are encouraged to set goals before the initiative starts and register on the DFC website.
The all-inclusive fitness movement originated in 2017 by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, views Dubai convert into an open gym with fitness activities received beyond the city.
