As the city of Phoenix continues to grow, EoS Fitness recently announced plans to open a new location in the Valley next year.
The new 42,500-square-foot facility located on Osborn Road and Central Avenue is projected to open in spring 2023 with two floors, following the 15-year lease the company signed for the new center, officials said in a press release on Monday.
Fitness enthusiasts and gym-goers will find the main entrance and kids club on the first floor of Park Central’s Goldwater Building, while approximately 40,000-square-feet of space is to occupy the second floor, where the main gym will be.
Various cardio machines, strength equipment, and several amenities, such as the pool, sauna and cinema, are offered across most EoS Fitness locations.
Co-owner of Park Central, Sharon Harper, said the latest gym addition is beneficial to the growing Park Central Project.
“This is going to be an exceptional amenity for those who live, work and play at Park Central, and it further ours vision of turning Park Central into one of the premier mixed-use properties in the region,” Harper said in the release.
Due to being located in a thriving area of Phoenix, Dave Reiseman, chief growth officer of Eos Fitness, said the newest facility is ideal for the company.
“As we continue to expand and serve new neighborhoods across the state of Arizona, our goal as a company remains the same — to provide an inclusive and welcoming place for everyone to focus on their individual health and fitness goals,” Reiseman said in the release.
Other locations opening later this year or in 2023 include a Phoenix facility on 19th Avenue and Baseline Road, a Mesa center on Signal Butte Road and Highway 60, and a West Valley gym on Glendale and 43rd avenues.
