Dan Sileo has a new gig in another major market. iHeartMedia’s Fox Sports 910 in Phoenix will put the controversial host in afternoon drive beginning September 3. Jody Oehler will move from afternoons into morning drive to make room for Sileo.
Sileo was a member of the University of Miami’s 1987 national championship team. He enjoyed an eight year pro football career, retiring in 1994. He has been in broadcasting for the last 24 years, most recently occupying mornings on Entercom’s 97.3 the Fan.
“It’s an honor to come home to iHeartMedia, where I spent the majority of my 24-year radio career, for this amazing opportunity to host afternoons on Fox Sports 910,” Sileo said in a press release. “I will promise my listeners this – we will have the most compelling sports show in The Valley. It will be a show for Phoenix, about Phoenix. We’re going to bring on the biggest stars in sports and entertainment and give listeners a show they’ll never forget.”
Fox Sports 910 has been making a lot of moves lately. The station recently acquired the broadcast rights for the Phoenix Coyotes. The station also brought Roc & Manuch over from crosstown rival NBC Sports 1060 for middays.

I do consider all the concepts you’ve presented
to your post. They’re very convincing and can certainly work.
Nonetheless, the posts are too short for beginners.
May you please extend them a little from subsequent time?
Thank you for the post.
