The Ultraman & IRONMAN Triathlete from India, Milind Soman, will be the face of Apollo Tyres Millennium City Marathon 2019.
Gurugram, 21 Aug 2019 – Millennium City Marathon (MCM), which was conceptualized by Abhishek Mishra, ULTRAMAN & IRONMAN Triathlete and CEO – Tabono Sports & Events Pvt Ltd, with a vision to spread the fitness virus across all age-groups of the society, in the 2019 edition, will be partnering with Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) to promote water conservation. The one of a kind running event is an opportunity for tourists, runners and locals to explore the millennium city of Gurgaon.
The event is a mega running carnival promoting a fit and healthy lifestyle. Apollo Tyres will be the Title Partner for the Millennium City Marathon
Milind Soman, who completed the Ironman challenge in 2015 and the ULTRAMAN in Florida in 2017 along with Abhishek Mishra, will join the Apollo Tyres Millennium City Marathon 2019 as the brand ambassador.
Abhishek Mishra, CEO, Tabono Sports & Events Pvt Ltd said, “The Millennium City Marathon is hosted to promote running, which is the simplest way of keeping fit and therefore should be adopted as a lifestyle. The Millennium City Marathon has been fortunate to partner with respected brands in the past few editions. For this edition of the running event, leading tyre maker, Apollo Tyres will join the MCM bandwagon.

In a first, the Apollo Tyres Millennium City Marathon, will host a Kids’ run category. The 5km timed race will be open for children aged 12 years and above.
The registrations for each of the race categories (Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10Km Speed Challenge, Corporate Champions: Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10Km Speed Challenge and Joy of Running – 5km) at the Apollo Tyres Millennium City Marathon 2019 will be open until November 15, 2019 or as soon as running places are full, whichever is earlier.
