iFIT, a global leader in interactive connected fitness software, content, and equipment, announced today that it has been honored with two awards from Comparably, an employee and consumer feedback platform, including “Best Company for Work-Life Balance” and “Top 50 Best Brands for Millennials.”
“Best Company for Work-Life Balance”
With more than 2,500 employees worldwide, and of participating iFIT employees on Comparably, 85% report they are happy with their work-life balance and 92% rate the work environment as positive.
Among iFIT’s anonymous employee feedback on Comparably, one team member said: “It’s amazing to work for a company that values work/life balance and is able to show that to you via flexible PTO policies, competitive pay, and a culture in the company that is unmatched!” Another employee dubbed iFIT’s work-life balance as a “game changer.”

iFIT joins leading companies such as Home Depot and Whole Foods for this honor.

iFIT enjoys a loyalty score of 91% among millennial consumers ages 31-40 on Comparably.
One millennial iFIT member on Comparably noted the critical role iFIT has played for them through the pandemic: “Its really neat to have your own “trainer” in your own home, which is amazing in light of the COVID restrictions.” Another mentioned “I have been loving the “around the world” bike workouts, because due to Covid I haven’t been able to travel like we used to in almost 2 years.”
iFIT joins leading companies such as Apple, Google, Netflix, Delta Airlines and Starbucks for this honor.
The final data set for these awards was compiled from millions of ratings across more than 70,000 companies. Determined exclusively by the feedback of employees and consumers respectively during the past year, additional weight was given to companies with more participation for fairness and statistical significance.
