The Batla House actor, whose passion for fitness is not at all unknown, has shared his workout picture on Instagram. In the picture, John Abraham can be seen wearing vest and yoga pants matched with a cap to complete his gym look. John captioned the post as, “No rest for the weary.”

Among fitness centers starting up in Mumbai amid the pandemic COVID-19, John went to his gym, as seen in the picture. Here, he can be seen performing lateral pulldown, and the picture is evidence of how the actor is promoting his fitness levels.
Lateral pulldown is performed with the help of a cable pulley and a strength training exercise. This exercise operates on the latissimus dorsi muscle, the most massive muscle in the upper body, including nearly all back muscles at the back trunk. It aims at the back muscles, thereby assisting in proper posture and relaxation of pulling movements.
For this exercise, you have to sit on a bench in front of the pulley. Then you have to pull the hanging bar to your chin level by holding it on both ends and then gradually releasing it back up for one repetition.
