On Tuesday, Union Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju shared his fitness clip and requested all Indians to join the initiative by uploading their fitness videos in order to make India the fittest nation.

“Millions of people have joined the vision of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi to make #NewIndiaFitIndia. You can strengthen our initiative, Fit India Movement by share your fitness videos with me and together let’s build India a fit, healthy, and strong nation. Kiren Rijiju quoted “Fitness Ka Dose Aadha Ghanta Roz” in a tweet.

‘Fitness Ka Dose Aadha Ghanta Roz’ campaign was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the beginning of this year as part of the nation-wide Fit India Movement. It has earned the support of celebrities from different tracks of life who have encouraged Indians to develop the essential mantra of 30 minutes of fitness every day.

It was even cheered by the World Health Organisation (WHO) recently when, in a tweet, they had said: “WHO praises India’s initiative on promoting physical activity through its campaign Fitness Ka Dose Aadha Ghanta Roz.”
