‘Fitness Ka Dose Aadha Ghanta Roz’ campaign was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the beginning of this year as part of the nation-wide Fit India Movement. It has earned the support of celebrities from different tracks of life who have encouraged Indians to develop the essential mantra of 30 minutes of fitness every day.
It was even cheered by the World Health Organisation (WHO) recently when, in a tweet, they had said: “WHO praises India’s initiative on promoting physical activity through its campaign Fitness Ka Dose Aadha Ghanta Roz.”
