Liv Cycling, a popular cycling brand has ventured into the gravel bike market, with a focus on designing products that cater specifically to women through its launch of the new ‘Devote’ series. ‘Devote’ has been designed in such a way so as to make this bike popular among those adventure-seeking riders and it also comes fully-loaded with the accessories required for undertaking any exploration by bike.

Ludi Scholz, the product category manager at Liv Cycling stated that the designers at Liv Cycling have kept their focus on building a clean and contoured frame that attaches priority to women-specific geometry, including shock absorption. Moreover, these also contain special features such as internal cable routing, dropper seatpost compatibility on Advanced-Grade Composite Frames, including a versatile wheelset. The riders would have the capability to tackle all forms of adventure, irrespective of the terrain.

The lightweight Devote Advanced lineup features an Advanced-Grade Composite frame and fork which is more adaptive for women as well as geometry shaped around worldwide female-only dimensional data.

Prototypes of the bike have been fine-tuned after receiving feedback from Liv global athletes that also includes feedback obtained from Kaysee Armstrong who is a pro mountain and gravel rider, apart from being a two-time winner of Rebecca’s Private Idaho, which is a premier gravel event hosted by Rebecca Rusch.

Kaysee Armstrong stated that he had the opportunity to undertake rides, including testing of early prototypes of the ‘Devote’, apart from sharing feedback with designers, engineers and category managers, which has helped influence the final design. He further added that participation in this manner and subsequently watching the bike come to life has been a major reason he has loved to stay with the Liv team.

Liv US Ambassador Rebecca Rusch who is also the founder of Rebecca’s Private Idaho, apart from being an elite gravel racer, Mountain Bike Hall of Famer, author, including an Emmy winner has been riding the vote. She further stated that the ‘Devote’ is everything one wants in a gravel bike, since it is quick, nimble, fast as well as floaty. Moreover, the bike possesses the capability to undertake gravel racing, expedition riding on technical tough roads and single track. The ‘Devote’ Series is expected to be made available all over the world later during the summer.
