Our fitness queen Malaika Arora is setting major fitness goals with her yoga skills. The gorgeous actress battled against the pandemic COVID-19 and is back to her fitness routine. Malaika Arora encourages her fan to do yoga everyday. She also decribes that how they can burn their belly fat with the Naukasana (boat pose).

Malaika Arora  shared her yoga snippents  on her social media profile. The beautiful diva can be seen wearing a white sports bra with light pink and grey stripped pants and hair tied up in a pony.

Malaika can be viewed sitting flawlessly on her hips as she bent back and pulled up her legs to make a ‘V’ shape with her body.

Describing about the Yoga asana, Malaika elaborated, “NAUKASANA or Boat Pose It is an excellent pose to burn and reduce the stubborn belly fat and also, it is a great practice to strengthen your hip flexors and back muscles.” Naukasana helps in balacing and regulating blood sugar level and helps in strengthening the abdominal muscles. It also helps in improving the health of all organs in the abdomen, especially the liver, pancreas and kidneys and also strengthens your muscles of the arms, shoulders, and thighs.

Malaika Arora also guided on the steps to perform Naukasana or boat pose in her captions after mentioning the benefits.
