Mountainside Fitness is even more proactive as COVID-19 numbers surge in Arizona and will soon offer new virtual classes for its members. They are planning to launch it from Monday, November 16.
Director of Marketing, Grace Koval, says, “we are hopeful that it won’t close again due to pandemic and we are taking virtual workouts to an elevated level as a way to decrease the risk and keep members feel safe who haven’t returned to in-person workouts.
No other gym service is offering the product at this level. The new virtual classes will be accessible for current and new members through the Mountainside Fitness app and will be free of cost.
This new virtual membership will include group fitness, exercise demonstrations, virtual workouts for seniors, and yoga. “All the videos and demos are pre-shot excellently, with some of the best instructors, and they’re not live, so you can obtain the video classes you want at any time reveals Koval.”
Personal training is one of the club’s most extensive services and will also be offered on this virtual platform. No matter if you are coming into Mountainside Fitness or staying at home to work out, there are a variety of options offered by the fitness club.
The fitness club expects this new virtual contribution to keeping members involved in their fitness and health through the pandemic, irrespective of the future holds.
