Recently, celebrity fitness instructor Yasmin Karachiwala worked out on the ‘king of all machines’ and motivated fans by her workout video with Salman Khan, that was enough to leave health enthusiasts smitten.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Yasmin gave netizens a look of her and Salman’s intense exercise sessions, flaunting their full-body workout on the machine near the pool. It encompassed performing squats, cable pec fly, overhead triceps extension, incline bench press, rear delt fly, seated and standing cable row, hanging knee raise, leg extension, straight arm pulldown, prone leg curl, biceps cable curls, cable front raise, tricep pushdowns, push-ups, and deadlifts.

Yasmin affirmed how the machine was “so versatile that it can be utilized to concentrate on any part of the body” as it had several modifications and variations in it. Salman and Yasmin experimented it to its ultimate potential, and in the end, they concluded that the equipment was good enough to be used at home too.

A week back, Salman Khan too had shared the full video on his YouTube handle that had collected across 1.2 million views. He had shared, “Fitness is something that should be taken really sincerely by everyone as it assures our wellness. A healthy body interprets to a healthy mind and a healthy lifestyle.”
