Spanish basketball star athlete Pau Gasol is announced as the global ambassador for the American Fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger.
As part of the deal signed by them, Pau Gasol will become a poster boy of the brand aligning with its men’s clothing for the fall/winter collection that already reached the stores across the USA.
The terms of the business contracts also entitled Pau Gasol, an ace player of the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA to represent the brand at all major event where they will participate all throughout the season.
The Spanish basketball player is meant to be one of the most successful players in the history of Spanish sport.
He was once emerged as the world champion with the Spanish Team in 2016 and still retains three Olympic medals in his possession.
This won’t be the first time, when the American fashion brand will tag any international superstar under its roster, as earlier Tommy Hilfiger has signed Lewis Hamilton who has just become five time F1 championship.
While commenting on this development, Tommy Hilfiger himself, designer and designer of the brand that bears his name said “The endurance, tireless passion and dedication of these athletes really talk to the new generation of fans of the brand,”
