Star Cement, one of the biggest cement manufacturers of the eastern India has announced Hima Das as the brand ambassador of their premium brand of East India.
Hima Das who is also known as ‘Dhing Express’ will now be a part of all Star Cement Campaign across all channels.
The campaign not only focuses promoting the association of Hima Das with the Star cement but also inspire youth especially from the eastern state of Assam.
At such a young age off 18 years, Hima made the history by becoming the first Indian athlete to win a gold medal at the World Level. Extending ahead her winning spree, Hima ha also won the women’s 400m at the IAAF world under-20 championship in Finland followed by three podiums at the recently concluded Asian games in Indonesia.
At the announcement of the association, Star Cement CEO, Sanjay Kr. Gupta said that the Arjuna awardee Hima hails from Dhing, Assam and as North-East is very close to the heart of Star Cement family, we are thrilled to associate with one of the most shining Stars of this region.
