Indian Sports is going through an upsurge amid many happenings in the sports sector including youth influx in several sports as well as more athletes performed remarkably at recently concluded global sports tournaments.
Subsequently, the momentum attained by the Indian sports is also going to revolutionize the indigenous manufacturers and service providers for several sports goods, equipment and allied services.
In order to tap the burgeoning need of the qualitative sports goods and services, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS), with its sports department is going to hold two days, first of its kind Sports show viz. Make in India Sports Conclave and Expo 2019 which is most probably scheduled in the last week of February at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium New Delhi according to a tender document issued by the ministry.
With a key motto, to bring aboard all prime entities related to the sports business including sports goods, apparel and sports technology providers under a single roof of the expo, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has come up with such a brilliant idea.
Marking as the first of its kind, the expo show will try to focus on the holistic development and assistance to the contemporary sports eco-system keeping abreast in line with the vision of New India excelling great success in sports sectors.
Bolstering the Incumbent government’s vision for a sustainable sports eco-system in India, Make in India Sports Conclave & Expo, 2019 will deliver the same platform for investors as well as prime vendors of the sports sectors to practice their business deals.
Aligning with the expo, Government endorsed ”Make in India” initiative, also ropes in the cause of such a tremendous sports expo. Indian sports goods manufacturers will be invited to use this great platform to develop the Indian Sports eco-system.
