Xtraliving Private Limited, a major Health Wellness and Fitness company is planning to organize a Pan-India Quiz Competition on Nutrition, fitness, and sports in association with the Directorate of Sports, Maharashtra.

The Quiz Competition named the eNERGIZE-National Level Quiz Competition which is scheduled to be held in January will try to focus to motivate students between the age of four and 17 to develop healthy habits around movement, nutrition, and recovery. Having around 250 million students in 1.5 million education institutions across the nation, and amidst the current pandemic, it is needless to highlight that children’s health comes as the first priority. The move will try to engage a lot of kids in quiz competitions and fitness workshops. Before that participants have to register themselves on Xtraliving’s official website.

The main objective of the program is to teach students about the different benefits of participation in sports and group fitness activities.

It will further help them to improve their physical, academic, and emotional health as it is a fact that regular physical activities keep your mind at ease, and leave a positive impact on your sleep quality, mood and lessen any chance of getting depressed and low esteemed.

The Quiz competition will be divided into four different rounds according to the age of the candidates. The competition will start on 2 January, and any school or student can participate in this round provided they enroll latest by Wednesday. Based on the results in Round one, the top 2,500 students from each age group will be shortlisted, and in the fourth and final round, Top 50 students from each age group will compete for the final trophy.

The winning school/student from each age group will receive the winning trophy and the certificate with special appreciation from the Directorate of Sports, Maharashtra.

Speaking about the competition, Om Prakash Bakoria, Commissioner of Sports Maharashtra said, “Children form the backbone of our society, and the growth of a society rests upon its healthy citizens’ shoulders, it is crucial to inculcate healthy habits from a young age”.
